Salon Policies
We believe in flexible and clear policies. Please read our policies and only book a reservation if you understand them. If you have any questions about these policies or about booking an appointment at Haus of Locks, please reach out to your stylist directly.
Cancellation/No shows- We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of cancellations or reschedule your service at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This policy ensures that stylists have ample time to fill the appointment slot. Should you need to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, or you no show, you will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. In order to rebook the appointment, clients must pay the fee, you will not be rescheduled without first collecting the full fee.
Refunds/Redos- All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service within 72 hours. The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you thought about after the services were performed. Customers have 72 hours to contact the salon to receive a service to discuss any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 3 days past the initial service date.
Your hair is only guaranteed (insured) when you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner directly through The Salon.
Redo Policy Exceptions-
Some guests, even when they purchase the recommended products will not qualify for this policy for reasons beyond our control.*
Who doesn't qualify:
Guests enduring a color correction process
Guests who have used box color in the last 2 years
Guest who's desired goal requires multiple steps/visits
Guests who adjust their own hair or have another artist adjust their hair
Guests falling under these categories will have to pay for any adjustments.
Hair services, payments, questions, concerns and adjustments are between you and your stylist directly. Haus of Locks is mostly a booth rental salon, and all stylists are independent contractors running their own independent businesses in our facility. They simply rent a chair at Haus of Locks and operate their own independent entities. If you have questions about your hair, please contact your stylist directly.
Kids- Here at Haus of Locks we strive for a relaxing and comfortable environment. We do understand that not everyone has childcare, but we ask that you are respectful of other clients when bringing your children in the Salon by keeping them entertained and at low volumes.
